The LP Ranch is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for all members, ensuring that they feel right at home. You can enjoy leisure activities like fly fishing, savor delectable meals, and socializing with other members within the exclusive community.
In additional to hunting, the LP Ranch offers optional seasonal weeks for booking that are available throughout the year. Activities range from fly fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding and family events like BBQs and the annual Hunt Draw Day.
Through the LP Ranch Member Portal, members have the convenience of accessing and managing their hunt selections and booking dates. Within the portal, they will find detailed information on their licensing options and can view the list of hunts available to them for the year.
Transportation to and from the LP Ranch is convenient for members. Pickup and drop off at your preferred airport will be coordinated by us. If you prefer to drive, the Ranch is also easily accessible by vehicle. We try to make it as easy and convenient as possible.
The Lodge provides private guest rooms for members to stay in, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their visit. Additionally, the spacious layout of the Lodge allows ample room for everyone and promotes a relaxed atmosphere.
Members who join will be able to enjoy the perks, including exclusive branded LP Ranch gear upon signing up. Additionally, there will be a store available on-site for more branded gifts and gear.

The standard membership contribution fee for the LP Ranch Membership
Annual contribution dues for the LP Ranch Membership at due at the 1st of the year and can be paid through your Membership portal.
The LP Ranch is an exclusive invite-only membership with a focus on ensuring the happiness and comfort of all members. To achieve this, we conduct an interview process to ensure that new members are a good fit for our community.

How exclusive is the LP Ranch Membership?
The LP Ranch Memberships will be limited to 25 total members. 17 of those memberships will be exclusive only to rifle hunters and 8 will be for archery only.
How do I become a Member?
To become a member of the Ranch, you must submit to the Ranch a fully completed and signed Application for Membership, a Membership Purchase Agreement and a check in the amount of the required Membership. In the event your agreement is not acted upon favorably, the Membership deposit will be fully refunded, without interest.
Are Family and Friends allowed on the Ranch?
Yes! Each Member will be issued 15 guests passes per year. 1 guest pass is good for 24 hours. During the hunting seasons, Members will only be allowed 1 guest.
How will the hunting weeks be chosen?
In advance of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife application process, the club will conduct a lottery and draw a membership number to determine who will have the first selection of available weeks. The following selections will be in order starting with the first Membership number drawn. (If Membership number 11 is drawn in the lottery the n Membership number 12 will have the second pick, then 13 and 14. Once Membership number 20 is selected their week then the selection will start at Membership number 1 and continue until all Members have selected their week).
Can Members be assessed to cover operating deficits or capital improvements?
No. Members will not be subject to any liability for capital or operating assessments for the costs and expenses of ownership or operation of the Ranch or the Ranch Facilities. Western Mountain Expeditions INC. DBA LP Ranch will pay all operating deficits incurred in the operation of the Ranch facilities and will retain all operating revenues resulting from operation of the Ranch Facilities. Annual increases in dues shall not be deemed an assessment.
What happens to my membership upon resignation?
Initial Contributions will be refunded only after the issuance of a total of 20 Memberships have been assigned. A Member may transfer his membership to another individual (who is approved by the Board) at the value of the Membership at the time of transfer.
If Member cannot find an approved individual to transfer the Membership to within 180 days from the date of the Resignation Notice (Sale Deadline), despite diligent efforts, the Club will purchase Member’s membership for the Initial Contribution.
How will the Ranch keep informed about the priorities of the Members?
The Ranch is committed to providing the types of services, programs, activities and events that the membership is desirous of having. An Advisory Board of Governors comprised of 4 Members of the Ranch and 1 representative of Western Mountain Expeditions INC. DBA LP Ranch will be formed and will enable Members to have input on the foregoing items as well as other matters that are of concern to the Members.
Do you offer Airport pickup?
Yes. We offer shuttle services too and from your airport of choice.
